Caudéran

Caudéran is Bordeaux without the density: twin échoppes, 1930s villas and a handful of recent architect-built houses, nearly all with a garden. Parc Bordelais serves as the neighbourhood's lung, private and public schools are plentiful, and the ring boulevard reaches the centre in a quarter of an hour. Expect around €5,200/m² on average, more for renovated houses over 200 m².
