In effect from 1 January 2026. Transaction fees are payable by the seller, unless stated otherwise on the listing. Prices shown on the site include fees.

What's included
Written valuation, professional photography, scaled floor plans, 3D tour, virtual staging where useful, distribution on our site and the portals, organising and reporting on viewings, offers passed on in writing, and follow-up on financing and the notarial file through to completion.
Free and with no commitment
Valuing a property and the initial consultation are free. Fees are only due once a sale is actually completed, at the signing of the deed.
Letting
Letting fees are capped by French law (decree of 1 August 2014): €10/sqm of living area for the viewing, file preparation and lease drafting, plus €3/sqm for the inventory of fixtures, payable by the tenant.
